Each person has his/her own life-work circumstances. This goes for all of us: our clients; our translators; and ourselves. We aim to strike a balance so that everyone involved in the projects can work in freedom (personal commitments, workplace). This can only be achieved through mutual respect, in terms of both the way we negotiate deadlines and the rates and quality of the work we provide.
Maintaining this balance, which is not always easy, is what enables us to reach a point where our clients, our translators and our company are all happy. We think about people and we find ways to work that fulfil everyone’s needs.
We like a job well done. Every project, no matter how small, has its own unique features. Proofreading or translating a five-word sentence can take up to a full hour, the same amount of time it might otherwise take for a three-hundred-word text.
Finding the ideal word, placing the comma where it should be, deciding between a full stop and a semicolon, determining the order of words in a sentence, can make all the difference and ensure that a text reaches the public clearly and exactly the way it was intended to be written.
We get involved in each project, to understand it and make sure it is understood by those who will be working on it. Most importantly, we open up a direct and reliable channel of communication with both the client and the team members who work on the project, with total trust and honesty. This applies to both the project and the professional and personal circumstances of everyone involved.
We like simple things. We like everything to work. We like projects to be carried out smoothly. Transparently. We like everything to be clear: the deadlines; the difficulty; the price; the work method; the job to be done; the workload; the responsibilities; the timetable… And if anything needs to be changed or adapted, we do so.

Our team members are professional translators and language specialists who have earned our total trust after many years of working together.
Each proofreader or translator works in his/her native language and has extensive experience in the linguistic services world, along with a proven track record. Some of our professionals are specialised in specific fields (culture, science, medicine, technology, etc.), while others work with general informative texts and have more versatile profiles.
Apart from a working relationship, we have built a rapport of openness and friendliness with our team, making everything very easy. We do our work, yet at the end of the day we are all people and we nurture our relationships. We assess the needs of each project, decide on who should work on it, go over the deadlines and adapt the rates to each specific case.
Once the initial proofreading or translation phase is complete, we review the texts a second time, in a quality control process that helps us to minimise errors.
We work quickly, although we always ask for reasonable deadlines. This is because everything can be done in a short period of time, yet it is always better if those entrusted with the job have all the time they need.
